Jeffrey received his BS in Computer Science in 2005 from the University of Birmingham, England. In 2006 he attended the University of Edinburgh, Scotland and completed his MS in Informatics. He worked under Amos Storkey using Gaussian Processes to predict Emergency Department diversion up to 2 hours in advanced.
